Eric has been representing injured workers since 1991. He started by representing postal workers when he was a member of CUPW. He was hired by the Sheet Metal Workers International Association’s Ontario Conference to represent injured sheet metal workers and roofers all across Ontario in 2000. From 2005-2009, he represented injured construction workers, including plumbers, carpenters, insulators, electricians, drywallers and ironworkers.

When the Law Society of Upper Canada began to license paralegals in 2008, Eric wrote their exam and was among the first group of paralegals to become licensed. He has been a Licensed Paralegal ever since then.

Since 2010, he has had his own practice, representing injured nurses, grocery workers, health care workers, education assistants, corrections workers, teachers, stage hands, and many others. He continues with his practice and also works with the Ontario Federation of Labour training union representatives to represent their injured union members.
